The membership categories for the Sirindhorn Sports Center, Faculty of Physical Education Sports and Health, Srinakharinwirot University (SWU), are as follows:
- Type A Members: Current students and current personnel of Srinakharinwirot University.
- Type B Members: Graduate students, alumni, former personnel, immediate family (spouse/partner/children) of current SWU personnel, students from all Srinakharinwirot University Demonstration Schools, and domestic and international exchange students from all programs -and universities.
- Type C Members: General public.
The Sirindhorn Sports Center, Faculty of Physical Education, SWU, issues membership cards to Type B and C Members. Members must pay a membership card fee of 100 Baht per person.
Submit a photograph via the social media channel designated by the Sirindhorn Sports Center, Faculty of Physical Education, SWU.
- A copy of the applicant’s National ID Card/Student ID Card/Personnel ID Card.Graduate Students / Alumni: Documentation proving status (e.g., certificate of enrollment or graduation).
- Family of Current SWU Personnel: Supporting documents such as a copy of the house registration, birth certificate, copy of the marriage certificate, and/or a child certification document.
- Students of SWU Demonstration Schools: Present a student ID card.
- Domestic and International Exchange Students: Provide a confirmation document from the affiliated faculty. (These requirements are specific to Type B and C applications only.)
- Complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Plus (2024 PAR-Q+) (The assessment form must be filled out at the registration point).
- Current SWU Students: Must present their Student ID Card and scan the QR code for registration before every use of the facility.
- Current SWU Personnel: Must present their Personnel ID Card and scan the QR code for registration before every use of the facility.
- Type B and C Members: Must present their Membership Card and scan the QR code for registration before every use of the facility.
